12-Day Speedrun Max Progression Guide

Learn the exact 12-day progression route used by top players to max out all upgrades, unlock S-Tier specials like Shadow Monarch, and conquer hard dungeons.

Overview

This progression guide is based on the 12-day speedrun roadmap executed by elite players. By coordinating stat multipliers, choosing compatible specials, and using smart healing methods during dungeons, you can completely catch up to pay-to-win limits in under two weeks.

The 12-Day Progression Timeline

Phase 1: The Initial Multiplier Push (Days 1–4)

During the first four days, your priority is running active training loops to scale up raw power checkpoints:

  • Day 1: Reach 230 Trillion power by focusing on standard training loops.
  • Day 2: Hit 3.055 QD power. Start keeping a daily stat journal to track training efficiency.
  • Day 3: Reach 94.8 QD power.
  • Day 4: Reach 390 QD power by keeping multipliers high and upgrading classes incrementally.

Phase 2: Maxing Upgrades and Zoro’s Quest (Days 5–6)

  • Day 5: Reach 2.023 Q power. At this point, three of your main training multipliers will be maxed out (if playing without infinite gamepasses).
  • Day 6: Hit Monarch Class (requires approximately 6 days and 22 minutes of playtime). Focus on completing Zoro’s Quest, which is the final quest in the game’s core storyline.

Phase 3: Rerolling for End-Game Specials (Days 7–8)

Take advantage of server-wide 2x events. During this phase, you should focus on your active specials and abilities:

  1. Get Beast Bomb: Defeat the Kurama world boss until you drop the Beast Bomb skill.
  2. Reroll Specials:
    • Shadow Monarch is currently the best special in the game. It takes roughly 11 rerolls to draw.
    • Unlike Edo Tensei, which blocks you from transforming, Shadow Monarch allows you to use your Naruto transformations at the same time.
    • Its Mastery 50 ability, Ruler’s Authority, is excellent for boss control, and its passive Crimson Knight increases authority damage by 15% while reducing incoming sword and physical damage.
    • Avoid Limitless (Infinite Void) for raw combat; the domain expansion cutscene deals 0 damage.

Phase 4: Soloing Dungeons & Healing Cadence (Days 9–10)

Unlock advanced dungeons like Malevolent Dungeon (requires a Malevolent Key to fight Suka) and the Ant Kingdom Dungeon:

  • Ant Kingdom (Easy vs. Hard): Easy mode is straightforward, but Hard mode (Barry Meta) scales boss health significantly.
  • I-Frame Meditation Method: Because health regeneration is limited, equip skills that grant invincibility frames (i-frames). During these invincibility frames, immediately meditate to activate Chakra Healing to restore full HP without taking damage.
  • Suka Combat: Execute high-burst rotations to nuke Suka and bypass domain clash mechanics.

Phase 5: The End-Game Polish (Days 11–12)

  • Secret Training Events: Teleport to secret training events triggered during updates for extra multipliers.
  • Top-Tier Champion summons:
    • Summon Gojo (provides +20% Curse Technique damage, +30% Chakra damage, and a 7.5% dodge/evasion chance).
    • Summon Jin Wu to amplify stat gain.
  • Battle Pass: Skip tiers or farm achievements (like durability and power milestones) to unlock top-tier weapons and legendary champions like Phoenix and Buddha.

Best-in-Class End-Game Setup

To complete the game, aim for this configuration:

  • Fruit: Mythical Ice Fruit
  • Stand: Zaward (World) or S-Tier alternative
  • Special: Shadow Monarch
  • Champion: Gojo (Evade + Chakra multiplier) or Jin Wu (Stat Gain)
