How to Fly in Anime Fighting Simulator

Unlock flight through the official Taking Flight route and alternate systems, then convert mobility into higher fruit, crate, and training efficiency.

Overview

Flight is mainly a logistics upgrade, not a single-combat buff. It accelerates traversal, expands patrol coverage, and raises your chance to arrive first at tree spawns and event loops.

Two unlock routes

Route 1: Baseline official quest

Official path: complete Dimension 1 NPC Boom’s Taking Flight task.

Requirements are two separate gates:

  • 10K Agility (independent)
  • 10K Chakra (independent)

Only after both are reached does the platform grant direct flight unlock.

Route 2: Fruit, Ability, and Special alternatives

There are valid alternatives that provide direct flight without completing the Taking Flight stat gate first:

  • Fruit-based unlock: flight-capable Fruits including split Fruit variants such as Chop-Chop.
  • Power/Ability-based unlock: certain Specials or Abilities that grant flight states.
  • Event/state unlocks where temporary flight is granted through buffs in specific sessions.

The exact set can vary by patch, so track active fruit lists before committing to a long run.

How to fly

  • PC: double-tap Q to take off, then double-tap again to land.
  • Mobile: tap the on-screen fly button.
  • Faster Flight pass users should expect improved speed scaling with walk speed.

Where flight changes your outcomes

  • Faster access to Fruit spawn zones.
  • Quicker crate sweeps across dimensions and islands.
  • Better transition speed when switching between training, boss, and economy loops.

Ground-fight reminder

Most boss arenas disable flight. Treat flying as a movement and farming tool, then switch to standard ground strategy during boss attempts.
